NATURAL WAYS TO GET RID OF MENSTRUAL PAIN PART 2

I have previously written an article on this topic, you can find it HERE
At the time I wrote it, I had tried the tips I gave you guys just once, well I’m here again to tell you guys it works and it works well  and to share other tips I discovered with you, which worked for me.

So in the previous article which you can find HERE I talked about eating fruits every day. It works like magic.
I use to have terrible dysmenorrhea, up to the extent of having to take piroxicam injections every month. The day I knew I had to find a solution was the day I almost passed out after taking an injection (I believe the injection was expired)I thought I was going to die. My sister then told me of what worked for her which was daily fruit intake.
Ever since I started that therapy, I’m no longer afraid of menstruation (before I used to dread that time of the month). My period now comes with no pain, I’ll keep waiting for pain to start but nothing, and it feels like magic. Asides taking fruits daily, I discovered other tips I’ll share with you now.
  • When on your period make sure you eat: not junks or sugar oh, but correct food, i.e. cooked food especially energy giving food. As the blood is flowing, it’s sapping your energy, if you don’t eat, there’s nothing on which your body draws from, and so as the blood flows, it’ll definitely be painful.

  • When your period comes eats lots of carrots and banana.

  • Drink warm water and lots of it too. This really worked for me; cold water will cause your stomach muscles to cramp, resulting in additional pain.

  • Watch your diet: there are some things you eat that triggers pain, watch out for this and avoid them doing your period.

  • Exercise: you don’t have to go to the gym for this. Simply walking, or anything that will enable you to move your body, don’t give in to the temptation of staying in one place when having cramps, move. Infact having a steady exercise routine throughout the month can make your period less painful when that time of the month comes.
If you have dysmenorrheal kindly try these tips or share these with someone who does.
I would love to know what you think; kindly let me know in the comment section. Thank you for stopping by and reading.
DISCLAIMER: I don’t know it all I’m just sharing the tips that worked for me.
